About The Biology Laboratory
The Biology Laboratory provides a teaching facility for the first year programs in the biological sciences, jointly taught by academic staff of the School of Botany, the Department of Genetics and the Department of Zoology.
The Director of First Year Studies in Biology is appointed to oversee the operation of the Biology Laboratory for the three departments and is currently Dawn Gleeson from the Department of Genetics.
The academic content of the subjects is presented by lecturers experienced in the relevant disciplines from within the three departments.
